Apply a small amount of the hair mask to towel-dried hair and massage it in in gentle circular motions. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes or longer if the hair is seriously damaged. To maximize the absorption of your hair mask, use a blow dryer to add some heat to your hair during the processing time or put the shower cap on. Be sure not to set the heat on the hairdryer too high. Otherwise, you could end up with heat damage. Then rinse with plenty of warm water. Finish with the cold rinse at the end to help to lock in moisture, add more shine and prevent frizz.
