Apply a barrier cream - Vaseline or coconut oil, for example - around the eyebrows. Mix about 1 cm of dye-cream with 10 - 12 drops of the oxidant in a glass bowl until the ingredients are thoroughly combined. The consistency becomes creamy and doesn’t drip. Using a spatula apply it to the eyebrows and leave on for 5-10 minutes. Wash off first with soapy and then with clean water. Apply any moisturizer to the skin around the eyebrows.
