Should be used on clean and dry skin. Don’t apply lotion, oil or any other skincare products. Movements should be long and smooth. Start with the arms and legs, gradually moving upwards closer to the heart area. Remember to avoid places where the skin is damaged. The whole process should take approximately 5-10 minutes. Each movement should be repeated several times, if necessary. When done, wash the body as usual and then apply any moisturizer.
